get IBM Redbooks

My advice would be to go to http://www.lotus.com/redbooks.
Some of the redbooks are for older versions of Domino and Notes but would still be good.

Redbooks I would recommend looking at:
    • IBM Lotus Notes and Domino 8 Deployment Guide, SG24-7506-00
    • IBM Lotus Notes and Domino 8 Reviewer's Guide , REDP-4359-00
    • Migrating from Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 to Lotus Notes and Domino 7, SG24-7777-00
    • Lotus Domino 6 for Linux, SG24-6835-00

You could also look at the IBM Lotus Domino and Notes Information Center: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/domhelp/v8r0/index.jsp

Hans
